Sweetparents Store uses USPS and Fedex which allows us to provide proactive notifications to our customers when their shipments are on the way. For Standard Shipping and Fulfillment it can take about 4 business weeks to receive your product . Package delivery time depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Orders delivered outside the United States will usually experience delays from local Customs Agencies. When available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer and will appear in the order status after the order has shipped. Most packages cannot be tracked after leaving the United States.
